These terms and conditions apply when shopping at Nordic Heat:
At Nordic Heat we want to use the safest form of delivery so you as a customer can be sure to receive your package as soon as possible. We use DPD as delivery partner to the recipient as quickly as possible. However, timely delivery implies that DPD complies with day-to-day delivery. In case of late delays at DPD, this will correspondingly delay delivery in relation to the desired delivery date.
Nordic Heat can not be held responsible for delays. Delivery to countries in the EU is not covered by target of day-to-day delivery, as shipments to these areas may in some cases takes longer.
There is a 60 day return on the goods, counted from the day they are received. If you choose to undo a purchase, simply return the item to the same condition as you received it, unused and in the original packaging. Once the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account as soon as possible and no later than two weeks. Return costs must be on your cost.
Warranty, consent and shortcomings
Nordic Heat provides a 2 years warranty covering manufacturing and material defects discovered in its normal use. The warranty does not cover errors, tear damage or wear, directly or indirectly caused by improper operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized action. Complaints about defects that should be discovered by the usual inspection of the product must be notified to Nordic Heat within a reasonable period of time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or credited after agrement with Nordic Heat. Regarding complaints Nordic Heat is responsible for the cost of return.
