Exchange - If you would like to exchange for a different size or color of the same product, simply send the unused item in its original packaging, without the charger and battery, directly to us (and never to the delivery point) at:

Please remember to enclose a copy of the invoice or sufficient information regarding the sender, contact information, order number, and the desired new size, etc. We will cover the shipping costs when we send your exchange back. 🙂
Right of return - You have a 30-day right of return on the goods, calculated from the day you receive them. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the unused item in its original packaging directly (not to the delivery point) to the above address.
NB – You are, of course, welcome to try on the clothes to see if they fit. We would prefer you to avoid using the battery/batteries, as we do not sell used products or batteries. Once the item has been received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, but you are free to choose your own shipping provider. 🙂 We recommend that you send the item with a receipt (Track & Trace).

The clothing is sewn to a very high standard, but must of course be used with care, as it contains built-in wires and cables/electronics. Therefore, avoid pulling, stretching, and tearing the products when putting them on and taking them off. In particular, avoid pulling too hard on the right sleeve of the undershirt, as the wires for the control button are connected here. Take an extra 10-15 seconds when dressing and undressing, and your product will last for many years.
On Base Layer V7, the control button sits next to the battery pocket, and on the new Base Layer V8 it sits on the breastbone – both for greater comfort and durability during use.
We also recommend washing the clothing in a laundry bag.
