International delivery information
As a customer, you need to receive your package as quickly as possible and with the safest form of delivery. That's why Nordic Heat has chosen to use PostNord/DPD as its delivery partner in Europe. If there are any delays, you will be informed by text and e-mail immediately.
PostNord and DPD's quality target for delivery reliability is a minimum of 99,4% for parcel post. Please note that this percentage is average and may cover large local and time-limited variations.
To the EU, we usually have a delivery time of 2-4 days. If we have notified you by email that your package is on its way and you hear nothing from DPD, please call or write to us and we will send you a link to your shipment (Tel. 2717 0000 / email: service@nordicheat.dk).
Nordic Heat.dk cannot be held responsible for delays at DPD or PostNord.
We also deliver to Sweden, Norway and Finland when ordering on our Danish website (NordicHeat.dk).
