International delivery information
Orders placed before 3 pm (Monday–Friday) are shipped the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and public holidays, are shipped the next business day. We ship with PostNord, and you will receive tracking information by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivery within the EU usually takes 2–6 business days depending on the destination – see the expected delivery time for your country below.
If you have not heard from PostNord after we have notified you that your parcel is on its way, please call or write to us and we will send you a link to your shipment (Tel. +45 2717 0000 / email: service@nordicheat.dk).
