Replacement
If you want to exchange for a different size, color or product, simply send the unused item in its original packaging. If your exchange uses the same charger and battery, you can choose not to include it.
Please send to our direct address - never to a distribution point.
Remember to enclose a copy of the invoice or complete information about the sender, contact information, order number, and the requested new size, etc.
We will cover the shipping costs when we send your exchange back. 🙂
Right of return
You have a 60-day return policy on the goods. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the unused item in its original packaging, including charger and battery(ies), directly to the above address.
NB - You can of course try on the clothes to see if the size fits, just do not use the battery(s) - if the item has been used, we cannot take it back as we do not sell used products or batteries.
Once the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to the card used within a few days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, but you decide who you send it to. 🙂
We recommend sending with a receipt (Track &Trace).
