Replacements / Returns

 

Replacement/size change:

If you want to change to a different size or color in the same (or another) product, simply send the unused product in original packaging (return costs must be held by yourself, but you can use any forwarder you want) and preferably without charger and battery to us at:

Nordic Heat, Kratbjerg 240, 3480 Fredensborg – Denmark

Please remember to attach information regarding sender, order no. and desired new size, etc., and we will pay the freight on your exchange.

Return:

You have a full 60 day return on the goods, calculated from the day you receive them. If you choose to undo a purchase, simply return the item in the same condition as you received it, unused and in the original packaging. Once the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account as soon as possible and no later than 1-2 weeks. Return costs must be held by you.

You must of course try the product, to see if the size fits, just DO NOT TRY OR USE the battery/batteries!  Thank You

NB – if the item has been used, we can of course not take it back, as we do not sell used products or batteries :-I
